  • Tyson Brierly MDBoard-certified, Dr. Tyson Brierley attended Weber State University in Ogden, Utah and earned his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania. Dr. Brierley completed his residency at United Health Services Family Practice Residency in Johnson City, New York, serving as chief resident his final year.

    Prior to joining Centura, he was an associate professor with both the State University New York (SUNY) Upstate and the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Brierley sums up his personal philosophy of care as providing integrative care for the body, mind, and soul through healing oriented partnerships. He also strives to stimulate the body’s inherent capacity to self-heal though a synergistic healing approaches including conventional and complementary medical modalities.

    Outside of medicine, Dr. Brierley enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Together they spend as much time as possible in the great outdoors hiking, camping, traveling, mountain and water sports.

    Barbara Morris, MD 2017Barbara Morris, MD is a dedicated primary care provider that specializes in geriatric medicine. She received her medical degree at the University of Rochester Medical Center in New York and completed her residency at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. She is board certified in family medicine with added qualifications in geriatric medicine. 

    Dr. Morris believes that health care should be a partnership between the physician and patient. She practices a holistic approach to medicine that integrates treatment plans for her patients’ emotional, behavioral and physical wellbeing. Her focus on an older adult patient population allows her to evaluate how the entire aging process affects her patients’ overall health.

    Dr. Morris has served in numerous medical leadership roles and brings a wealth of experience in both family and geriatric medicine specialties. She has special interest in the patient centered medical home as well as making sure that transitions of care between health care settings are smooth, safe and efficient for patients.

    In her free time, Dr. Morris enjoys spending time with her family including her husband, son, daughter and twin grandsons. In addition she is a devoted community volunteer in both domestic and international settings where she has served as team leader for multiple teams in Montana, West Virginia, Vietnam, India, Peru, Ecuador and Cuba.

    Ruben ZorillaDr. Ruben Zorrilla received his bachelor of fine arts in graphic design from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine, Peoria, Ill. Upon graduation, Dr. Zorrilla completed his family medicine residency at Stamford Hospital – Columbia University in Stamford, Conn.

    Dr. Zorrilla firmly believes his best day of practicing medicine is one during which he partners with his patients to set and achieve their health goals. He strives to communicate and listen effectively in order to provide quality, comprehensive primary health care services that improve the overall health of Colorado communities.

    Lesley KrzstyniakLesley Krzystyniak is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She attended the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She furthered her education by earning a Nursing Master of Science degree from Regis University, Denver.

    Lesley is dedicated to evidence based, patient-centered care, and her approach is to impart high quality care with empathy and grace. She believes that much of illness is preventable, and seeks to promote the healthy habits, lifestyle and nutrition requisite of good health.

    When she is not treating patients, Lesley enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs. She also enjoys cooking, traveling, camping, live music, and relaxing with friends and family.
