  • Benjamin Cole, MDDr. Cole treats children and adults of all ages throughout their lifecycle, offering general care for a full range of health concerns ranging from annual physicals and short-term illness to the management of chronic conditions. Born and raised in Ocala, Florida, living in Colorado has been a lifelong dream because he spent much of his youth visiting family in Edwards and Telluride.

An avid outdoorsman, Dr. Cole has combined his lifestyle interests with special training in Wilderness Medicine, including a stint with the emergency physicians and ski patrol at the base of Keystone. He looks forward to expanding his expertise in caring for people in extreme conditions or emergency settings. Like other CHPG High Country Healthcare providers, Dr. Cole has provided medical care to underserved populations in remote locations, including Uganda and Ecuador.

Dr. Cole likes to develop long-term, cooperative relationships with patients which gives him the opportunity to see people grow, change and move through life’s milestones. “From a general treatment perspective, people will find that I am a motivated partner and health care coach. I have a professional but informal approach to those under my care which creates a relaxed environment to address their individual concerns.”

Dr. Cole completed his internship and residency in Saint Vincent Health System in Erie, Penn., having earned his Medical Doctorate from the University of Florida. He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude.

WM Brandon Goble, DOWM Brandon Goble, DO, believed he would follow his father’s footsteps into Otolaryngology and was also interested in surgery, but he embraced Family Medicine when his wife, Dr. Kirsten Goble expressed enthusiasm for the variety of people she treated daily along with the ongoing education and training required to address an enormous variety of health issues.

Board certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Goble treats patients within a wide spectrum of health concerns, ranging from wellness exams to the management of chronic conditions. He enjoys elements of Sports Medicine such as the management of fractures and joint and soft tissue injections, as well as dermatology and its associated treatments.

“Patient education is fundamental,” says Dr. Goble. “I find that people are happier and make better health decisions when they understand disease processes, treatment options and wellness goals. On a daily basis, I encourage patients to recognize how much easier it is to be proactive about their health than reactive.”

Dr. Goble feels fortunate to have relocated to Breckenridge where his parents reside while also being able to practice medicine alongside his wife, Dr. Kirsten Goble.

Brandon added that, “Because Kirsten and I have different interests and skills we’re constantly reinforcing each other’s curiosity and enthusiasm. Our dinner conversations are enlightening, educational and fun.”

Prior to CHPG High Country Healthcare, Dr. Goble worked in Family Medicine at Mercy North Family Practice and Urgent Care in Ankeny, Iowa. He served as the Chief Resident at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa, after earning his medical degree from Des Moines University of Medicine. He holds multiple Bachelors of Arts degrees from Creighton University in Omaha, NE.

Kirsten Goble, DOKirsten Goble, DO treats patients throughout their life-cycle for wellness check-ups as well as temporary or chronic illness. Dr. Goble appreciates Family Medicine because of the variety of people she treats daily along with the ongoing education and training that the practice demands to help meet patients’ wellness goals. She is dedicated to learning and is passionate about women’s health care and pediatrics.

“It is truly an honor and privilege when someone selects me as their health care provider,” says Dr. Goble. “I believe in patient-driven wellness, listening to people’s concerns and partnering with them to develop long-term health plans.”

Among the other health care providers and staff at CHPG High Country Healthcare Silverthorne, Dr. Kirsten Goble works with her husband, Dr. Brandon Goble. Their shared appreciation for boosting wellness principles, a love of the outdoors and having family in Colorado influenced their decision to practice in Summit County. The couple met at medical school during a group ski vacation to Breckenridge where they now reside.

Most recently, Dr. Goble worked as a physician at Delaware Family Medicine and Pediatrics in Ankeny, Iowa. Board certified in Family Medicine, she earned her medical degree from the Des Moines University School of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa.
