  • Kevin Bundy, MDDr. Kevin Bundy is board-certified in family medicine. He completed his undergraduate degree at Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, KY, and earned his medical degree at Wright University School of Medicine in Dayton, OH. He completed a family medicine residency at Bethesda Family Medicine Residency in Norwood, OH.   He has also earned the designation of Fellow in the American Academy of Family Practice.

When it comes to treating his patients, Dr. Bundy’s focus is on listening. Dr. Bundy’s patient care philosophy is to build strong patient relationships to better partner with his patients on achieving their health goals and providing the best possible care.

Dr. Bundy enjoys all aspects of family medicine, but has a special interest in preventive medicine and is passionate about educating patients to take control of their health.

When he’s not treating patients, Dr. Bundy enjoys all things Colorado and getting to know the state he now calls home.

Steven Mlodinow, MDSteven Mlodinow, MD was born and raised just outside of Chicago. After attending a high school of 5000 pupils, he opted for the small-college experience at Bowdoin College in Maine.  He earned his medical degree at the University of California at San Diego and completed a family medicine residency at Long Beach Memorial Hospital in California.

Subsequently, Dr. Mlodinow has practiced Family Medicine for over 20 years.  He is most gratified by the interpersonal care that is at the core of family medicine, a blending of science with the knowledge of each patient’s goals and preferences.

While enjoying all aspects of family medicine, Dr. Mlodinow is especially interested in promoting wellness, cardiology related diseases (such as blood pressure and high cholesterol), sinus disease, and sports medicine.

When not treating patients, Dr. Mlodinow delights in spending time with his wife Susan, with whom he shares many happy hours in the sun observing and photographing wildlife.  He dabbles in writing and wishes that he'd moved to Longmont 15 years ago rather than five years ago.

Susan Nelson, NPSusan Nelson, FNP-C is a certified family nurse practitioner. She is a registered nurse and completed her bachelor of science in nursing from Metropolitan State University in Denver. Susan holds a master of science in nursing from the University of Colorado in Denver.

For over 35 years, Susan has enjoyed being a nurse practitioner. Her first years as an RN were spent in critical care, teaching people how to stay healthy and prevent illness, often in medically underserved areas. In 1998 she became a family nurse practitioner and has spent the last 20 treating families.

When it comes to patient care, Susan enjoys partnering with patients of all ages. She feels it is a privilege to follow entire families through their health, watching them thrive throughout their lives.

James Sampson, NPJames Sampson is an ANCC board-certified family nurse practitioner. He received his bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Colorado, graduating summa cum laude. James earned his Master of Science in nursing from the University of Northern Colorado in Greely.

James is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. His personal philosophy for providing patient care is to partner with a patient’s family and friends to promote and maintain the best possible quality of life.

In his free time, James enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing the piano, aviation as a pilot/certified flight instructor and playing tennis.
