    We are currently unable to accept new primary care patients. We can take new sports medicine patients and urgent care remains open.

    Sports Medicine SkierWe provide top quality, compassionate primary medical care for families in Evergreen, Conifer and the surrounding foothills communities. From well checks and sports physicals to illness and medication management, our primary care doctors and providers can care for every member of your family.

    In addition to primary care, we offer urgent care services with x-ray capabilities for walk-in and urgent medical needs.

    Services Available:

    Urgent Care Services:

    All urgent care services are offered on a "walk in" basis. If you have time, call us at 303-679-2020. Emergencies are seen first. Our nurses will evaluate you upon arrival and if there is a severe injury or intolerable symptom the patient will be seen promptly before non-emergency patients. Other patients will be seen as soon as possible. Our facility has computerized x-ray equipment that allows our doctors to quickly identify common injuries such as bone fractures.

    Urgent Care Hours

    • Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (Walk-in's are accepted during normal office hours, but will be considered urgent care visits)
    • Saturday - 8 a.m. to noon 

    Physicians & Providers

  • Kimberly Bentrott MDDr. Kimberly Bentrott is a board-certified family physician. She has worked as a family medicine physician for under-served communities in Denver as well as serving as an international Family Medicine Physician with Global Ministries in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

    Dr. Bentrott earned her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, Kansas. She completed her residency at the St. Anthony’s Family Medicine Residency.  As a family medicine physician, Dr. Bentrott has been trained to provide care for a full spectrum of patients from newborns to seniors and every age in between. Her clinical interests include women’s health, preventative medicine and community health.

    In her leisure time, Dr. Bentrott enjoys spending time with her family, running, hiking, and camping as well as international travel and cultural study.

    Anne Brockman MDDr. Brockman, originally from Indiana, has been practicing family medicine in the Evergreen and Conifer mountain communities since 1991. She went to Purdue University, majoring in Molecular Biology. She received her medical degree from the Indiana School of Medicine. She did family practice residency in the Community Hospital of Indiana.

    Dr. Brockman has two children, Mark and Jennie. She enjoys being an active part of the Pine community and volunteers with both Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts.

    Robert Michael, MDDr. Michael is originally from Chicago, where he graduated from the University of Illinois, College of Medicine in 2003. He completed his Family Medicine residency training with the University of Chicago and went on to complete fellowship training in Primary Care Sports Medicine. 

    As a Board Certified Family Physician, Dr. Michael enjoys the opportunity to see patients of all ages and provide care for entire families, including a particular interest in Men’s Health. With specialized Sports Medicine training, he can treat acute injuries such as fractures and sprains along with chronic and overuse injuries, including providing therapeutic injections when indicated. He is trained in concussion diagnosis and management and feels strongly about the proper handling of concussions in children and adolescents. 

    Dr. Michael encourages healthy living through an active lifestyle.

    Troy Freedman, PA-CTroy attended the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center where he received his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies degree. He is a certified Physician Assistant and specializes in Family Medicine, with particular interest in Urgent Care and Pediatrics. Troy started his health care career as an Emergency Department technician.

    Troy emphasizes the importance of truly listening to patients. "I believe it is a privilege to take care of patients and to earn their trust. It is my responsibility to listen and be present, creating an atmosphere of empathy, to enter into their experience, especially when they are suffering."

    Troy is married with four children. He and his wife are expecting their fifth child in July, 2014. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending his time with his family, enjoying craft beer and doing carpentry.

    Elizabeth Pleshe PA-CElizabeth attended Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa, where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry, graduating with Magna Cum Laude.  She has completed two master's degrees; including Master of Science degree in chemistry and biochemistry from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. 

    Elizabeth specializes in family medicine with a particular interest in pediatrics and preventative medicine. "I believe in empowering patients to make the best health decisions they can. And I will do whatever I can to assist them in attaining their health care goals. "

    Elizabeth is married with one daughter, Lilly. An avid skier and hiker, she enjoys living an active Colorado lifestyle.

    Katie Smith PA-CKatie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology with a minor in biology and chemistry from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota.  She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.  Prior to joining the Centura Health Physician Group, she spent four years working in a family medicine/urgent care clinic developing a wide variety of family medicine and urgent care clinical skills.

    Katie enjoys the full spectrum of family practice and has a particular interest in: preventative care (well child checks, well woman exams & routine physicals). She encourages healthy everyday living in order to avoid unnecessary prescriptive medications. She feels strongly in treating the whole person including body, mind, soul and spirit.  She likes to connect with patients in order to meet them where there at in life, offering them treatment options that are medically sound, up to date and fit with each person's individual lifestyle and beliefs. She also enjoys performing small procedures such as joint injections, biopsies and laceration repairs.  

    When not practicing medicine; Katie enjoys skiing, cycling, running and camping. She's actively involved in her church community in Denver and most recently has enjoyed spending quality time with her new family. She gave birth to a baby girl in May 2013.
